We have molds of Aluminum profiles used for important parts of roller shutter doors ,windows, cabinets and so on, Most of them are produced customized and exported to many different markets around the world. eg:
1. Slat: General Slat,Bottom Slat,Slat with different pattern of perforation and so on.
The general wide of slat could be :39mm,42mm,45mm,55mm,77mm and so on;
2. Track: Guide Rail, Bottom Guide Rail special for Windows, Mini Track special for cabinets and so on:
The minimum thickness which we could produce is 0.4+/-0.12mm,so that the roller shutter slats could be more stronger and lighter,the cost should be reduced also.
We could produce many different surface treatments:
1. Powder Coated with White,Beige,Grey,Bronw and any other customized colors:
