Aluminum profiles are manufactured through hot-melt and extrusion processes to create materials with different cross-section shapes. The production process includes casting, extrusion, and coloring through various methods including oxidation, electrophoretic coating, fluorocarbon spraying, powder spraying, and wood grain transfer.
These profiles undergo additional processing including cold bending, sawing, drilling, assembling, and coloring. The primary metal element is aluminum, enhanced with alloy elements to improve performance characteristics.
