Product Manufacturing Process

Aluminum profiles are aluminum materials with different cross-section shapes produced through hot-melt and extrusion processes. The production process mainly includes casting, extrusion and coloring. Coloring processes include oxidation, electrophoretic coating, fluorocarbon spraying, powder spraying, wood grain transfer and other techniques. Aluminum profiles are created by processing aluminum rods through hot melting and extrusion to achieve different cross-section shapes.
